“would use these apartments again”

The reviews we read before choosing this accomodation were spot on. The Apartments do need updating and there was a musky smell in the room but putting all that aside the Apartments were situated well for the beach the Eroski Supermarket (200 metres away) and the restaurants along the Esplande. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area was well kept. However they might want to consider changing the music once in a while, not just playing 50's & 60's rock n roll.

“Good Location”

My husband is in the army and we are stationed in Germany. We frequently travel alot and we tend to look for bargains. The hotel staff was great and just minute walk to the beach. Ou room was like most european hotels, and had a kitchen too! The air conditioner in our room didn't work too well, but since we've been living in Europe for 2 years, we are used to it. The area of Palma Nova seemed to have ALOT of British tourist, so English was spoken alot.

“Will not go back to this hotel”

The front desk was excellent with information. We had no house keeper for four days. The room was not clean. The heater only had a off and on, no just to temperture. They use two twin bed push together to mak a full, if you roll into middle of bed there you go on to the floor. The Beds were not connected together. This hotel is for large family trying to save money or young people putting their money together to get to Mallorca. Perfect for them but not for someone who can pay more for a better hotel.

“Amazing Palma Nova Hotel”

Stunning and easily best view over bay in the area for miles. Clean hotel with staff on reception who were simply incredibly helpful (apart from one - she knows who she is). We totally loved our stay - such a relief after the coach transfer dropped people off at some appalling hotels for us to arrive at this paradise. Massive apartment fitted with amazoing array of kitchen items, utility room. Anyone who says anything derogatory about this hotel is deluded, trust me! Or confused about what a truly smashing place really is - this is lovely!

“Very Good Value.”

These apartments are spacious and well equipped. Most of the apartments have balconies overlooking the sea and about half overlook the outdoor pool. There is a marina directly across the road and the beach is only 50 yards away. A lovely family beach, clean, sandy and safe with plenty of room.

“I'd stay here again in a heart beat!”

In actuality, the lodging is "apartment" style: we had 2 bedrooms, a small--but adequate--kitchen, sitting area and an dining area. The balcony looks out onto the Meditterranean Sea. Convenient location: a supermarket nearby, restaurants, cafes, shopping, bike rentals...The desk staff is WONDERFUL! Very helpful with directions, excursions...and multi-lingual, so no one should have a problem conversing! Lovely trip! Indoor and outdoor pool; games available (darts, ping-pong) pool-side. Pay laundry facilities on the first floor (1 washer, 1 dryer; we had no problem getting to use them).

“Gute Lage, sauber, aber alt!”

Wir haben die Appartements als Standortquartier gewählt, um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage direkt am kleinen Jachthafen und nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt ist sehr gut, auch die Nähe zum Linienbus und zum Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Apptms ist sauber, stammt aber aus den 70igern und ist recht abgewohnt. Service und Freundlichkeit der Rezeption sind zu empfehlen. Auch der Outdoor und Indoorpool sind bestens. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Wer wert auf ein modernes Bad legt, sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
