Having traveled extensively, we found the check-in and check-out process to be the smoothest and quickest we've encountered. The staff exceeded our expectations in ensuring our stay was flawless. Its proximity to the Cross Insurance Arena, just a 2-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. Although parking is valet only at $45/night (as of early 2024), the process was seamless both upon arrival and departure. Rarely do I leave reviews, but this establishment truly impressed me, and I look forward to returning."

Our new favorite downtown Portland hotel. We had tickets at the State Theater which is practically across the street - super convenient. "
