"Amazing place to stay, we had the superior room which had loads of space and a fridge. All the staff were really friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job. The bird of prey display was brilliant."

"I rang ahead as I knew I’d be late to arrive. The lady on the phone was very bubbly, polite and most of all; helpful! When I got to the hotel, the nights team were cleaning the reception area but rushed to assist me through the doors. The gentleman behind reception was very knowledgeable about local traffic and the best routes to take for my onward journey and even gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher as I didn’t know if I’d booked breakfast or if it was included or not. Don’t get me wrong, the decor is dated in places BUT it is clean and the beds are very comfortable!"
