"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. Though despite telling them one guest was vegetarian, they still overlooked this and did not even offer alternatives, which is surprising, this being a luxury camp. Otherwise an okay experience. "

"Great camp with outstanding service and a truly unforgettable experience. We arrived very late, but Mustafa was waiting for us and picked us up by 4x4 after we parked our car, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the hot shower. In the morning, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise camel trek after breakfast, which was magical and very well organized. We also tried the quad ATV, which was exciting and added a lot of fun to our stay. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and gentle. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. Highly recommended"
