"At first, we were reluctant to stay at an airport hotel. But family had booked ahead there as it turned out when ended up being quite pleased. Even though we plan to stay only for one night initially we ended up staying for three more until we left Madrid for a flight to Athens. And as it turns out the hotel was conveniently located for such a flight. But other than that, it was much like a welcome resort hotel where staff were very helpful in planning our days in Madrid. Restaurant was an excellent place to enjoy an evening meal or a morning breakfast. A highlight was spending a whole afternoon by the hotel pool sunbathing and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel."
