"This hotel is in a very tourist area. Think Hollywood blvd (but WAY cleaner and with a great outdoor restaurant right next door. Just alot of shopping and people all day and night.) It was a girls trip so we thought it would be a safe bet and it was. We always felt safe even when coming home late from dinner/ bars or concert. The hotel has great food options inside so that was great. The staff was always helpful with gettin taxis, more bathroom items, etc. We had a jr. suite for 3 ladies and it was perfect. Hotel was very clean and had such cute decor. We highly recommend staying here."

"Room has exactly what an overnight stay requires and is very clean. Need to put thinner pillows as the available pillows were too thick and caused neck pain. The amenities had all that a traveller needs including chargers and ear phones and a good variety of snacks. However, the common area table and the dining area tables were not cleaned regularly so there were crumbs from previous users. The shuttle service was useless to us because we could not get a link to register for our late night arrival. The shuttle service also works limited hours in the morning and evening but not during the day. The reception staff we encountered were outstanding."
