Great for the price!
Hotel is in a great location and room was comfortable. The elevator only fits about 2 people at a time.

Great value
Clean, reasonably spacious room. Front desk was very helpful (train schedules, arranging a ride to the airport, etc.). Pretty solid breakfast buffet. Super close to metro and plenty of dining options. And yet affordable. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Madrid.

The room was clean and simple. Although lack of a fridge or a kettle, you do have most of the basic. The front desk people were very nice and spoke English. The elevator is very small (European size) and could barely fit 3 people. The bed in the single room was a twin bed.

Central location
Very good location, good amenities, good breakfast. I payed in advance the one night stay and at check-in they asked for my credit card, "as guaranty"!? The walls are thin, you hear the noisy neighbors in clear.

Muy buena ubicación. A dos cuadras de la estación Manuel becerra de tren la cual se conecta con las estaciones cercanas a todas las cosas por ver y hacer en la capital madrileña, el personal muy amable y educado. La limpieza muy buena y puntual. También muy cerca de varios restaurantes de tapas 😉 se puede ir caminando a todos lados porque alrededor hay farmacias, bakery y lugares para comer.

This was a perfect place to stay is you don’t plan on sleeping . I have never had a less quiet room. I could hear absolutely everything from the hallway and the street outside. I was I. Room 101 right by the elevator and could hear people coming and going until at least 2am as well as front desk staff. The street was no less than 2 ft from my bed and I could hear them too! The water pipes were also quite loud and unpredictable… I was woke every 1-2 hours and not even my jet lag could keep me asleep. I did appreciate the gym which I think is not always available while traveling and the staff was friendly… location was perfect for me. I have booked another stay here that is not refundable on my return from Italy this week so I am hoping a different room will have a different experience for me as far as quietness… On everything else it is an ok hotel and the price is reasonable… But do not accept room 101 EVER!

Nice clean fresh basic rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. Continental breakfast served well and replenished very regularly. The host was for ever checking on the servers making sure there was enough of each item.

The room was very spacious and bathroom was ample and with natural light. There were a couple of closets and a desk. Beds were comfortable and sheets were wonderful. Breakfast was very nice.

Great value for a good location.
We were surprised how nice it was for the price . The breakfast was especially good. The woman who manages the breakfast works very hard and does it well!

Good Value for Short Stay
Chosed to stay here because its close to Wizink Center where i went for a concert. The room is spacious with 2 large wondows. However the noise from the next room was annoyed me. People next door had lould conversation after midnight.

Great place to stay for couples. It is very well located area. Conditions great but TV’s were small. It is true about the old elevators but that is how they are in most buildings in Spain.
