I got there on Friday afternoon and there was no manager on duty because of Friday and wouldn’t be one till Monday. The receptionist was a very young girl with no experience and there were more than 15 people in line to get their rooms!!! She wouldn’t give us what we reserved and wanted to give us a room with 2 separate beds! After shouting and screaming, we managed to enter what we booked. Stay away and forgo there!

Staff was very polite and helpful- The room was amazing! room had extra private restroom for my Disabled Mother- Easy access to room, very spacious- the Best Breakfast Buffet ever! We both enjoyed our stay here & will definitely be back- thank you to the helpful staff

Should've booked elsewhere...
It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Paper thin walls, doors slamming at all hours of the night, misleading photos of rooms/amenities, ripped bed sheets, no functioning TV, and worst of all, lumpy beds. Regardless of it's convenient location it offers nothing else. At this price I could've stayed at the Ramada and gotten some actual sleep with 0 else.

Terrible experience. Room smelled like sewage. They tried to mask the smell with a very strong perfume that made my son sick. We then left the hotel and I was not refunded for the second night.

This hotel is convenient coming off the motorway if you don’t want to drive into Madrid.. still quite a bit of traffic in the morning though. Reception staff excellent gave great info for getting train into Madrid and called us a taxi to take us to the train station in Pinto .. fare into Sol Madrid 5.80 return I think

The room smelt musty and like wet rags. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is within walking distance. No food, shopping, etc.

Good hotel, awful WiFi.
The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and near the highway. There´s plenty of free parking available. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fairly updated. The minibar is nicely stocked with refreshments and snacks. But I have to give this hotel a below average rating because their WiFi is extremely horrible. The WiFi was so bad, that simply waiting for an email or web page to load was test of patience. I will not stay here again simply because of the poor WiFi

Great modern hotel
Stayed here as only value option available during Champions League Final when the rest of the city had ridiculous prices. Reasonable cab journey from city centre in an industrial area with not much nearby, however this suited us perfectly.

Hotel was clean and room ok but the service was bad the staff were so over stretched that resulted in long wait for drink and food. Breakfast service was also bad with coffee machine not working properly. Overall very disappointed as we have stopped in many Eurostar hotels and always been excellent.

Even a small talk, u still can listen all of them.... all night I heard the next room ppl making of their love ... the room was good and clean except the noise from others room ... if u are looking for a qiuet place to stay this is not ur choice ... but if u can ignore all the noise here is a good price and good place for u

The worst hotel chain on Earth Nobody in my company will be allowed to stay at any of their properties anywhere Wave ree hm them from our approved list of hotels for business trips They are thieves and their staff are terrible Customer is last and thy don't care

It is in a small area and a way from every thing! Far from all main transport and airport and you need to pay almost 50 EUR to reach to the Madrid Int. airport (Bargas) with the taxi that they ordered

Stay away.Bed bBugs!!!!
I have stayed in Spain for two weeks.This is the worst hotel I have seen. I have chosen this hotel because of the 4 star rating and the free parking OH boy! what a mistake. not very nice staff.I dont want to say rude but this is kinda of normal in Spain. They don't speak English (normal in Spain) Room looked okay until I checked underneath the bed sheet.we found BED BUGS. when I complained to the receptionist.she came to the room and flipped the mattress! for those who dont know what bed bugs are? It is very sneaky bug that hides and sting you when you are sleeping. these bugs will not leave you unless you will get full treatment by a professional. back to my story, then I told her I need to leave the hotel but she insisted to show me a different room.just what? there was bug there as well. I had to check out after 45 mins of my check-in.

Comfortable room but forget the rest!
This hotel was selected as a half-way stop between Nerja and Salamanca. An obvious business hotel but without the usual facilities expected, e.g. A bar and a decent dining room. The staff were far from professional and the food available in the dining room was worse than a roadside cafe, served by a young woman who had no idea about how to manage. It was truly abysmal! Comfortable room but that alone would never tempt us to stay there again.
