This is a nice hotel located on the out skirts of Newcastle. The rooms are of a good size and the hotel has a very nice bar with a large out door seating area, the bar is used for breakfast where a very good continental and cooked breakfast is also available. The staff are very good but the parking is limited.

Staff were very helpful - we had been booked into another hotel locally but missed the check in times and it was locked up- so called the Castle and they were prepared to wait for us to get there

Lovely place to stay in the Lakes District just outside of Keswick.Friendly staff with a great breakfast range and limited but superb dinner Very popular with hikers as well situated too many lovely walking tracks
