“A mixed bag”

In general, a fairly good hotel. My only problem was with the location. It is located on a busy highway on the outskirts of town in the middle of the gas stations and fast food joints that one would expect there. It is very close to the road and the traffic noise was severe all night long. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, well kept, and a good value for the money.

“Napoleon Hotel, Lucca”

Mostly good especially staff were very helpful. But building is pretty dull from outside and it was further from the town walls that i expected. Didnt like the walk under the tunnel wirh my wife and your daughter. It looks like a pretty good spot for someone to hold you up!

“Recommended”

The staff was very helpful in giving us directions to where we wanted to go. The breakfast has a lot of variety but it was all cold foods. The room and bathroom were clean however not very aesthetically pleasing. The towels were pink and blue, old and tattered, as if they came from someone's house.

If you get there via train, take a taxi! Don't try to walk it.

“Hotel di vecchio stile”

L'hotel necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione. I gradini all'ingresso non hanno neppure uno scivolo per le valigie e la Hall stile anni 70 è davvero bruttina. Camere con luce al neon fastidiosa. Colazione ok. Prsonale gentile e disponibile.

“Bien situé”

L'hôtel est bien situé car on laisse la voiture au parking de l'hôtel et après on peut visiter la ville en y allant à pied (20 minutes du centre). Par contre, c'est vrai que le seul point négatif que je relèverais c'est l'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur.

Area recommendations
Je conseille de visiter Pise.

“Hôtel bien situé avec un très bon accueil par du personnel parlant bien le français”

Emplacement proche des accès routiers et à 500 m du centre ville. Bon conseils à lé réception. Chambres convenables et bien propres bon rapport qualité prix. Buffet de petit déjeuner très complet.

Pise à 25 km et toute la Toscane à portée de voiture par autoroute

“trop cher et bruyant”

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Impossible de dormir au bord de cette grande avenue très bruyante. Petit déjeuner difficile à avaler. A éviter!
