"At check we did appreciate that we were an hour early and they allowed us to check in at 2ish instead of 3. However, when we got to our room, we were a little disappointed. The first thing was the dirty bathroom floor with dirt clods all over the floor. We also found a wad of hair on the floor. The room was dusty and the curtain was coming off/unstapled from the above banister. My husband was sick, so he immediately went to lay down and I left to run a few errands to let him rest. That night I went to shower, all lathered in shampoo and looked down to see a nasty wad of snot with hair on it. I pushed the curtain out of the tub and carefully finished my shower to not get water all over the floor. I then dress and went to the front desk and asked for a new shower curtain. The clerk accompanied me back to the room and took pictures and replaced the curtain. She apologized over and over. I also showed her the black mold growing in the bathroom above the fire alarm. She sent the information to the manager, that I did speak with the next morning. The beds were clean thank goodness, and if my husband had felt better we would have asked for a different room, but it was already past 10 pm. The Kerig coffee pot was so dirty and dusty we couldn't use it. The room was absolutely dusty and dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. This is a room tha "block off" for hotels.com as we have stayed in this same room a year ago using the same site to book. Never again!"
