"Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. "

"Was an ok find. Expedia states you can check in at 1pm, but it's 2pm. The room was well equipped with a kettle microwave and fridge. The bath mat could do with a wash, loo could have done with an extra flush, before we got there but it's not too much of an issue. The staff were friendly and JRR Tolkien's grave is in the cemetery opposite!"

It is located across the bridge and so is in a quieter area away from the business of the town center. Within a 5 minute walk you are in historic Stratford and all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is parking available on site which was very advantageous. "

If I’d been alone it would’ve been perfect but for two people it was a little small and trying to maneuver around one another was a bit silly. "Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...
