"We had an amazing stay at Hotel 131 The Promenade, recommended by a friend who also had a great experience. We opted for one of the high-end rooms, which was huge with an amazing and extremely spacious bathroom. The hotel staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very buzzy, with bars and even a DJ outside, making us feel like we were at a beach club. As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. "We booked a one night stay in the signature room. The room was beautifully designed and presented with a fabulous en suite having a separate large shower and bath. We had dinner in the beer garden which had a relaxed atmosphere and lovely furniture. Food was restaurant quality and all staff were friendly and professional. We easily parked for free on the quiet road outside as the swan car park was full. Nothing to dislike about this place, would highly recommend."

"A recently renovated room i think ( room 3) New bathroom- and powerful hot shower . Love the unusual wall paper! Room extremely clean and had all expected extras ( tea , coffee , biscuits ) No bath. (( if that’s your preference) Also located up stairs so some people may find that difficult. Easy access from courtyard and easy parking onsite. Fabulous breakfast. From bacon and sausage to avocado and sourdough. Great coffee and service prompt and friendly. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Bell. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfasts we had were probably up there with our best ever. Well done chef and your team! Our room was in the converted barn section which was lovely. We only had one small issue with the bathroom radiator which we couldn't switch off. We reported it and was fixed the following day. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. If we are ever in the area again we know where to stay. Thank you all. "

"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...
