"The accommodation was quite nice although the carpets were heavily stained. I think the Gold club should stick to golf as their hospitality is shocking. We arrived early as we were meeting friends. Our intention was to arrive early, identify where we are staying and get a taxi into the near by town to meet friends and not having to worry about drinking and driving. "If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
