It was an ok hotel. I booked a "suite" because i needed 3 queen beds. Its overpriced. 197 for one night. The front desk guy was nice. Breakfast is over at 9am. So much for sleeping in lol. There was no extra toilet paper in the room. Beds were comfy. Overall, would i stay again? I dont think so. Its too expensive

As I walked in, the front desk agent (I believe his name was Nick) was very friendly. There was parking that was secure and easy to get to. Breakfast was nothing special but what free hotel breakfast is haha. Rooms were very clean and tidy along with an updated system on the tv that allowed us to log into our streaming services instead of only being confined to cable. Not too far from the beach and right by neighborhoods that are very nice to walk through and look at. All around great for the price but better than we expected because of the reviews. We just happened to have an excellent stay compared to some of the others.

I paid for every night something between 140$-160$ for ten days but it is dirty place nobody clean room and I paid them to clean but nobody come to clean those Indian management they don’t know how to manage those hotel (wave hotel and pacific hotel) I would be never ever again stay to those hotel again

The first room they put me in had black mold in the shower. I was moved to a second room that had just been “thoroughly” cleaned. There was blood on the bathroom door frame and next to the sink.

This is good location for budget friendly. They have started doing replacing old carpet to vinyl but not all rooms jas it. They do have refrigerator and coffee machine. They do also serve breakfast ( Muffins, coffee, cereals, bread, bagel and waffle as well)

The check-in guy was rude and not accommodating. He wanted $20 to check me in a half hour early. Luckily a manager was nearby so I was able to ask him and he allowed it. Rooms are nice and clean but I don’t like parking in an underground garage and the elevator was scary if you’re alone. Nice area. Starbucks across the street. All in all I won’t be staying here again.

The area of Manhattan Beach is beautiful. Parking was good, place was kept clean during our stay, walking distance to restaurants. In overall, the hotel is a great deal but I thought the grand Family Suite was 3 rooms with 4 beds but it is 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each and a full restroom each.

It’s not a 5 Star resort. But was great for a place to sleep where I spent most of my time out site seeing. Would be great if they kept up with maintenance as the scuffs and bums on the walls make it look dingy

I love the staff here, love the privacy and love to stay here whenever I’m traveling or need a hotel in LA. Great price that includes breakfast which is hard to find since Covid-19’s epidemic. If your looking for a calm place to clean up and get a goodnight rest this is for you, and there sister property next door @ the wave is a step up if you want the extra luxurious rooms.
