Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful employees. They had a nice continental breakfast that was included with the stay. Only downside is that it’s located off a main road, so our room was a bit noisy.

The decorations and cleanliness were wonderful. I wish I had known that the room would be one side walk away from five lanes of traffic, a brush line and then a train track. They graciously give you two sets of 3M earplugs for the inconvenience. The area is beautiful. There is no Bar apparently on the night I stayed but their website does not say that until you get there

Fire alarm went off at 4:30 am as someone smoked in the lobby; There is a train station next to the hotel and it had train horns sounding every hour throughout the night; The water in the wash basin was muddy and we had to use bottled water to wash our face.

Really lovely and helpful staff, great room that looks newly decorated and really clean. Great breakfast. The only downside is the noise from the trains which isn't really anything the hotel can avoid but they do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch

Updated w/nice furnishings & some free covered parking. Large parking lot adjacent to property. Breakfast was limited, however it wasn't even advertised, so it was a nice bonus. Now, I am not a light sleeper & my hearing is getting worse but due to proximity to rail we heard every train that went by because they blew the horn. On Friday morning there was a very early garbage pickup & we were awakened by the banging of the dumpster. The walls are also not very insulated because we could hear our neighbor's conversations. Also frustrated to see there was only one handicap parking space that was occupied by a vehicle not permitted. Considering you can see the space from the front desk, it would have been nice if one of the staff had the person move. They have year, make, model, & plate for every guest parking there. Bring earplugs if you plan on staying here.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean and I appreciated how many towels there were. There are some nice modern touches with technology such as the wireless charger and the alarm clock having a place to put your phone in. Parking is in a covered garage and super easy. If you’re a light sleeper, it may not be for you as the cars and trains going by are pretty noticeable. But they do provide ear plugs which is nice. The concierge was very professional and courteous. The breakfast had the basics - cereal, yogurt, some pre packaged danishes, breakfast burritos you can heat up. Coffee and juices are in the lobby as well.

The hotel is clean and modern with a western feel at the same time. The staff are helpful and the location is convenient. Parking inside may be limited at night but there are nearby options. Also this time I had a room near the railroad which woke me at 2 pm. I went back to sleep but others might have trouble with it. I will stay here again though.

It feels like a property being run by someone who left a huge chain and applied the knowledge to a personal project. Very smartly executed. Newly renovated but flooring is not installed well. Electricity flashes in the room and the microwave would turn on and off randomly. Could barely use an outlet in the bathroom as the plug had to be forced into the outlet which is weird. The noise from the rails was very loud and there were many other sirens going on all night. Parking was nice and convenient and employees were great. Room was very clean.

For the price you pay an excellent place to stay. Staff member in the front was super friendly. the check-in process was very easy. Keep in mind there is an active railroad nearby. Woke me up twice in the middle of the night as my room was literally facing the train tracks. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. This hotel is perfect.

Me and my husband very much enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room and the rooftop bar is beautiful, although the bartender could be a tad friendlier but overall, it was one of the best hotels me and my husband have stayed in. Definitely will be back!

I have stayed here a few times. I liked the vibe. Until I arrived only to have stained sheets on the bed. AJ helped the best way he could, but it was super frustrating. I had reserved two nights. And couldnt get the second night refunded. The girl at the front desk is very rude and condescending Said she “doesnt like my kind!” I asked her what she meant by that but she kept playing this word salad game with me. I feel if you work the front desk at a hotel, you set the tone. And if you are being bullied and disrespected it makes your stay extremely distasteful. They offer a continental breakfast with only bagels, cream cheese, white bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, packaged pastries, and juice. No hot breakfast except tator tots on the weekends. I probably wont stay here again as dealing with the girl is not cool. If you want a quite place for good rest, and a train doesn't bother you, this isn't horrible. This is next to a metro/train station. Convenient if you do not have a car, but very loud. Thank you AJ, Lupe, and the other room keeper Martha. I appreciate you being kind.

Nice place to stay
Hotel was clean and well maintained. It would have been nice to have an armchair in the room. There was a smell in the room that was kind or a sweet smell. I don't know where it came from, possibly from cleaning solutions but I did not like it.
