Nightmare extended stay
Horrible, the rooms wore not ready at checkin. The. The room looked like it had been lived in, the bedding was tattered we went and bought a blanket and sanitizer to spray and lay in bed, toilet was not working, noise all night long walking back and forth all night no toilet paper. Come on

Room was wonderful with a nice kitchen. Didn't have anything in it at all and even the ice cube trays were empty. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Entry in the hotel was not taken care of. Door was hard to open and keep open. Counter was dirty. Hallway to room was dark and dingy. There was a beetle crawling on the wall next to the desk and an ant in the bathroom. I don't like bugs in my room.

No kitchen supplies in the unit. When asked, was offered a dish, bowl, and one set of silverware. Breakfast was pre-packaged mini-muffins and oatmeal packets (no bowls or hot water made available).

They left my family with no room for the night
When I made the reservation I let them know we will be arriving late ; yesterday I called again ti verify ; they said they dad given my room away ; but if it was ok with me they could give me a 1 bed king size ; with we were going to fit tight with my kids ; but I told them it was ok . After driving 5 hours of driving I got there and just to realized they have given my room away and we could find any available since it was a holiday ; and we had to sleep in our car .

Have stayed in the area before, but it has definitely gone down (lots of homeless people staying roadside as well as armed security on site). Hotel is starting to feel “run down” and not very clean. Front entrance had dog feces there for several days- both a disappointment for irresponsible owners that have the luxury of a pet friendly accommodation as well as indication of poor management of the facility/rules. Fairly certain whoever stayed in my room prior had cut their hair in the until as there was hair trimmings EVERYWHERE. Bedding also had some burn marks/holes.

I was never experienced such bad customer services. It was a young man about 21 years old that made us wait 30 minutes just to confirm our booking was not set. Even though I got charged on my credit he still didn’t even want to look at my bank statement

I was truly disappointed because it was my husband‘s birthday weekend. We did not get to use the shower at all and the plan was for us to shower and nothing was working. The front desk was doing everything they could because they were working with to ladies they were cleaning and that was saw they were working with. I don’t blame them but I did whatsoever want more from them. The cleaning lady that came into our room to do the bed since we only had one cover and pillows with no pillowcases came in and tried to do the bed and was very accommodating to us so I truly appreciate that. Other than that there was no compensation and it was no kind of anything I would’ve like to freeze stay or something like that since we did get our room two hours after . The facility looks clean and everything but like I said it was disappointing because I was expecting more from my husband‘s weekend. The only way to make right SF we get a free stay tonight or today one night whatever works for free that would be great other than that I read them very poorly .

Room wasn’t ready at check in nor 2-1/2 hours later. Had to get ready for event in the car. After event came back and told no rooms available; our reserved room had been given away on a first come first served basis. Couldn’t get resolution or booking somewhere nearby. Very uncomfortable in unknown area late at night. Extremely disappointed not to be able to talk to a live human. Expected more support than just a refund.

I didn't understand that extended stay meant no amenities. No cups, sugar, or hot water were available, in the afternoon or evening. We were told to wait till morning?? And serving breakfast meant packaged muffins and granola bars?? We also had to bring the two soiled towels to the office to receive clean replacements... And for $200 per night. Disappointing!

awful place Waiting on my reimbursement
was dirty, they have security but they were rude, we only stayed one night instead of 3 and they reimburse hotels.com back the difference waiting for hotels.com to reimburse us for it. DO NOT stay there was dirty this place is falling apart the elevator has holes, cars get broken in even though the security supposedly doesn't let anyone in.

Place is a dump with tweekers all over. Cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. Carpet in hallway was nasty dirty looked like feces on floor. Cleaning service was rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Red flags for everything, right from the beginning. Armed security guard at the gate, and later into the evening there were two. Graffiti everywhere, lobby, elevator, hallways, bathroom, mirrors, windows, and furniture. Also, the window looked as though someone tried to break out? The metal was bent and window would not open. ? (room 423) (I do not like to make complaints about hotels, however I feel others may read and take heed) **Please note; the staff here seems overwhelmed and a bit scared? Justine and Freddie were helpful. Justine refunded my second night, as I checked out after the first. I had to wear a mask to bed, because of whatever was "cooking" below me. (not food) (more like chemicals. Also, this may be important, the toilet in the room did not work, and maintenance did not come till the following morning. Got a plunger from front desk, and proceeded to fix the toilet. (I have a picture, but cannot post here. YES imagine. DISGUSTING DO NOT BOOK

For the price this should of been at a much higher quality of hotel. It was very dirty, nosey, the outlets didn’t work, the sheets weren’t clean. There was a Orkin (pest) trap under the sink, the heater blew out old air and this is the second room that was issued to us, the first one had a horrible smoke smell.

The longer term guests are a little scarey for a single women. Rooms are serviceable but clean. Three man Guard patrol at night. As a single woman I would not stay here again and I am not that picky.

This hotel has guests that stay for quite a while. I thought some of them were a little scary. There are three guards at night this is my first experience with seeing the ground patrolled like that. It made me a little apprehensive as far as the area goes. The rooms are OK, it’s a room. The hotel is old.I don’t think I would stay here again.
