The hotel itself was fine. A lot of people smoking marijuana and you can smell it through the rooms. However the staff was the problem, front desk lady was rude, security guard wearing sandals and the cleaning lady basically kicked us out the morning of check out. The front desk never answers the phones you physically have to go down there to talk to anyone. Don’t think I will stay here again.

When I arrived at my reservation time, construction fencing surrounded the property and the property was shut down. I was never contacted by phone email or text that the property had been shut down. I tried to call the property and there was no answer. I received an email confirmation at the time I made my reservation. I made my reservation more than a week prior to my trip. Extremely disappointed. I was left in LA on a Friday night at 11:00 with no reservation.

This Hotel Is Completely Closed!!
When we arrived at this hotel to check in, we discovered that it is completely closed, fences around the property and no one there at all. I would advise Hotels.com to check with the owner of this facility and find out how long it will be closed and also to notify anyone who has made a reservation through the website of this fact and arrange an alternative location in the area for their stay.

Terrible experience had to leave because room was 83 degrees, room was loud due to lack of insulation and road and other guests could be heard, terrible wifi, dirty place, didn’t even feel safe and left at 10 pm due to terrible conditions and i’m demanding refund

Room we reserved room NO-SMOKING We received room where people was smoking before and when we requesting change the room before we get fully in to the room they told me they can’t and I have to accept what they providing me for now! Nice option for people who is smoking (cigarettes or weed) because they are don’t care if you are smoking at all! Please if you’re looking non-smoking room please AVOID this “hotel” MOTEL style service!

The room and the entire property is very dirty. The room had stains on the walls, the floor needed to be swept, there was no pressure in the shower, housekeeping does not replace your towels even if you leave them in a big pile in the floor. The comforters on the bed are tiny and the air conditioner does not cool the room. Tips: wear shoes to walk around in the room, bring your own toiletries, ask for extra towels everyday or save them, also bring shoes for the pool area because the ground is very dirty. I will not return to this property. It was not worth the money I spent.

The room was fine but had the “not so clean” feel to it. WiFi didn’t work at all. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. She literally said “i don’t know what to tell you. Can’t help you” Only thing that was decent was the pool

Front desk lady with braids had an attitude when asked about why the room was not cleaned and extra towels, she said "im all alone on the night shift, i dont know what the day shift does what am i supposed to do about it" Ms. thang needs a retraining on customer service and professionalism. She was busy hiding in the back and left paper work out from the previous transaction at the window, she wasnt answering the phone from the room either, had to walk down to knock on the glass. The place seemed ok but her bad attitude ruined the experience. Several usb and power outlets were broken/not working. Room fridge did not get cold, and the shower head was spraying water all over and needed replacement. Several small improvements and staff training could make this a nice place.

Don't shower here!
Somewhat remodeled hotel. Everything looks great a first. Bed room looked clean but the bathroom stall was gross to shower in. In the bottom corners their was black gunk. Either just dirty or mold/mildew.

This hotel was incredibly dirty. There were bloody boogers left on the bathroom wall (not kidding), trash left outside on the property for hours until it’s thrown out. Air conditioning doesn’t even properly work.

The room was not clean. The sheets and towels had hairs on them and the towels had what appeared to be lipstick. The room reeked of marijuana. There were hairs stuck to the shower walls and dried blood splatter on the wall by the bathroom sink. The flooring was laminate and was not swept.

I checked in few days ago, and few minutes later I just realized the service I’m getting is not even equivalent to what they’re charging. Almost same price of 5 stars hotel. So, after few mins requested to cancel my stay with them. They referred me to Expedia for refund, but charged me fully for one night. Not a pleasure experience at all. Not recommended.

The fact that this property is near the freeway it makes it noisy

I called very early in the day to reserve a room that we normally stay in when we use this hotel. But when I got there, the room was not available. This wasn't the 1st time that I had called ahead and asked for something and it wasn't given to me. The other problem was, I was sitting at the desk and all of a sudden a big black bug goes running across the room.

Me and family were really disappointed i will not book again with my family it was a ok hotel but not for family its really noise its next to the freeway and couldn't sleep my kids were really disappointed there pool was not available to us we were out there for a soccer tournament and we were all disappointed it ok clean but don't recommend it for a family

The pool is currently closed due to some maintenance work that had been long pending since COVID and we assure you that we will revert to the usual service sequence soon once the work is over on this front.
