The day I check in the room smelled like marijuana really bad, Smell seem to fade away and would come back really strong. I’m not a smoker and was very upset when I got home at had to the my sports coats to the cleaners cost me almost $75 to get the smell out. I reported everything to the front desk but was never told anything or compt.

It was a much older facility, it was clean. I am on a cane so the eating places I wanted to use I had to cross busy street. So I went to a place closest to my room. With no street crossing. Not my first choice but at least I was able to eat. I ask about food delivery but they wanted me to download & use apps.I’m also elderly & do not do that. In all it was still a good clean place & I was saticfied

The room had not been vacuumed for a while. I was wearing white socks, they turned black within a few minutes of being in the room. The overall location is good, breakfast was good. Dining around is also very nice.

For $500 I was surprised to find the room smelled like smoke, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The smoke smell was all over our clothing the next day. I would expect a refund in this situation because they were sold out and could not move us to another room. We ended up attending a family funeral smelling like cigarettes. I would go with a higher end hotel next time which at this price shouldn't be a problem.

This property is walking distance from Ontario Convention Center and is great to stay in if you have work there. There are restaurants which are close by. Proximity to Ontario International Airport and the free shuttle offered by the Hotel are other pluses.

The hotel staff was charming, helpful, and cheerful during my stay. Despite booking three months in advance, I could not secure a room on the first floor, which was disappointing. However, the fact that breakfast was included every day came as a pleasant surprise as it was not mentioned on Expedia during the booking process. I understand that the hotel was fully booked due to the CA Bar Exam, which was the reason for our visit. The hotel's location is convenient, being only an eight-minute walk from the Conventions Center.

Overall a good stay. Nice staff for the check in and out. The room did have a weird smell, nothing like a little air freshener that took care of it. The bed was not the best in comfort but was nice and clean, love the fresh smell of the linens and towels. Would definitely stay again.
