Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying...

A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. I particularly loved getting a new scent and treat placed in our room by housekeeping everyday - all part of the sensory experience emphasised in Angsana. The staff were all warm, attentive and informed. The only drawback is that the area is still being developed, so there’s not much to do outside the resort without booking a day tour. "

"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel."
