"Whilst the property was clean, it needs a lot of work and updating. Felt dark and shabby. Photos of how close you are to the harbour are misleading. Outside area was in need of work and lounger covers badly stained. "

The apartment is perfect for visiting the local area.Do not miss osprey watching at Glaslyn and Dyfi or the Dinorwig slate museum. Yr hen fecus is a delightful restaurant 5 minutes away. Beware Harlech castle has a tiny carpark and a very steep hill"

It should be noted that the parking can get very busy depending on how many people are in the flat upstairs. "This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"Let the flat for a few days for a Welsh golf tour. There is a pub next door (owner—Josh) with a good selection of drinks. The store owners underneath play music in the morning—rock one morning, then switched to Christmas music the next day. The music was in the mid-early morning so it did not wake us up. "We really enjoyed our mini-break stay in this lovely roomy well-presented and clean apartment so close to the sea front promenade and 10 minute walk from the town. There was a little noise with entry /exit of upstairs residents. Really good value for money. Thoughts for improvements: TV capable of receiving terrestrial channels and the bedroom would benefit from a better more comfortable mattress. "Beautiful large house very close to the beach and centre of Abersoch, lovely bedrooms to choose from and with all the utensils, towels etc to accommodate a large party. Our only small issue were the scatter cushions on the sofas needed a clean/change and the floor left your feet a bit dirty. That said, we had a fantastic stay and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful property."
