"The hotel was fantastic. Very close to everything and the subway is right around the corner. Staff was very friendly. The property is very clean. The only issue was my room was not made up the first day. I asked the desk to make sure housekeeping came by the next morning before I left for the day and they did. I had a wonderful stay!!! I will be back. "

"The hotel had a great location. It was only a 5 min walk from the Subway station. We were on the 26th floor and had a great view of times square, but you could still hear some of the sounds of the city. Nothing that a little white noise couldn't cover up. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft. Needed to use several pillows to get support on my neck. The towels were a bit scratchy."
