"When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like."

"Harrington court was a horrible place. Upon arriving, after traveling to Nigeria for 2 days, the place wasn’t ready. They didn’t know who I was nor prepared the place. After the first night, so many problems arose . The a/c leaked all over the floor causing huge puddles, I almost fell in the water . The a/c in front room stopped working, toilet leaked water in one of the rooms, the water shut off twice during my stay . It took all day to get the water back on, causing unsanitary conditions . "My booking mentions that breakfast is included but on site,I'm being told by front desk that it has to be paid for. Im pregnant and had to go checkout without breakfast.There were cheqper options and I went for this because it said breakfast was included. "

"I usually book an Airbnb when I visit but this time I opted for a hotel because of a terrible Airbnb experience. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was I did not find out until I checked out that breakfast was included in my stay since I booked the executive room! Staff should inform people when they check in and that pissed me off"
