Customer service was amazing! That was SO nice to see in Ontario, since customer service has gone down overall lately. We loved the hot tub and pool. Rooms were a decent size. Pool was cold but not unbearable. Hot tub was big and ebjoyable to watch the TV from the hot tub. Beds were not very comfortable and the hotel needs some updating. The room felt dated, and the elevators show the building’s age.
