“clean and convenient”

stayed one night on business and it was a good deal, room was pretty clean though a bit dated, and price was good. easy access from the 401, lots of parking, fast food chains and boxstores around, if you have a car and are looking for a decent place to stay on a budget this place works fine.

“Inexpensive and adequate”

Not a destination hotel by any means, but a clean and reasonable 'base of operations' while in Kingston.

“Tired Property”

Our room was in the annex facing the highway and we were on the lower floor so that we could go from our room to the car conveniently from the room. The screen door and windows were 'retro' (old) and everything was painted a shade of mid-range brown that would easily mask dirt , the same inside the room. It was very dark and it felt like you were in a basement. It was a very noisy room but on the positive side, the bathroom had been renovated.

“Good Hotel”

It is nice and comfort. Just the room is a little bit small. shower is soft and take time to clean up shampoo from your hair.

“Satisfactory comfort”

We were just there to sleep, so didn't check out the pool or other amenities. Many boaters took up multiple parking spots and cleared out early creating a bit of noise in the halls, which was heard in the room. Otherwise room was comfortable, air conditioning worked great and room was clean (maybe a little worn).

The phone calls to the U.S. was too expensive. Also, no continental breakfast. Otherwise, every thing was great.

“Nice Room - Reasonable Price”

Hotel really shows its age in the building exterior and most common areas, with some lingering, unidentifiable odours. But our room was clean and updated with modern features, the air conditioning unit was surprisingly quiet, and having access to the outside through a second set of sliding doors was perfect for moving our bicycles in and out, as well as facilitating a much easier move-in and move-out of suitcases. The only real criticism is the cramped sink area. Considering the busy weekend, the price was reasonable for our two-night stay. Having the Denny's Restaurant within the hotel itself was a real plus. (Although a free continental breakfast would have been even better).

“Very impressed with this hotel”

I was extremely happy with my stay at the Day's Inn, Kingston. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. The rate was good and the Front Desk was very helpful. Having a Denny's at the hotel for breakfast was a big plus. I would recommend this hotel

“Convenient and courteous”

This location was easy to access off of the 401 and every staff member we encountered was extremely courteous and calm. Although the first floor rooms in a section of the hotel are undergoing upgrades, we found the contractors were also smiling. The Denny's was very convenient for breakfast in the morning, too! Next time we are in Kingston, we will look to stay here.
