"First of all the location is excellent. The staff was very good. After spending time exploring London it was always good to come back to a freshly clean room. Even though it gets fairly busy during the day it’s so quiet at night. "

"Overall amazing stay, I only stayed one night with my partner but would have definitely stayed longer if we could. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us early checkin and let us keep our bags there for the day of departure. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was very delicious. Only negative point was because we had early check in the room was not completely finished being cleaned yet as there was still some bits left in the fridge but that was very minor inconvenience. "
