“Good pleasant experience”
Clean room. Reasonably comfortable bed. Nice location. Certainly would stay at Ramada again
“Maritime magnificence”
For anyone staying in Chatham this provides modern sizeable rooms and easy access to town. Particularly good for seeing the excellent Maritime Museum.
“Tranquil”
The staff of this hotel were very accommodating. The price was excellent for the services provided. If you are looking for a peaceful hotel without distractions, then this is the hotel for you. My only complaints were the limited TV channels available for viewing and internet access was only available in the lounge area.
“Good for Historic Dockyard visit”
The Room was smart and modern, and the location was great for visiting the Historic dockyard. Lots of restaurants nearby by. Much better than stayng in the centre of Chatham.
“Nice hotel”
Went to Chatham for a wedding on Sunday. This is about a £6 cab ride from the station. There were a group of us booking in for a wedding. Check out is 12 and check in is 1pm. Though it was a busy day, they did well to accomodate most of us. We were offered a check in early into a Smoking room. We took it and it was great, the corridor smelt but the room was perfect couldn't smell a thing. Nice room for 2, no closest - just an open hanging rack but everything made with size in mind. The bathroom was very nice, shower only. Nice wet room with complimentary toiletries - though floor gets wet so the next person needs to be aware. Good hotel for if you need to be in that area, comfortable seating in the lobby with Flat screen to keep you company (also flat screen in your room with a few extra channels). You will need to have a car or get taxis to where you need to go.
“Clean, comfortable and Good service to boot”
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was easy to find, had a quiet comfortable well appointd room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Brekkie well worth the extra too,

Hotel onesto, pulito, molto ben posizionato. Buon servizio. Veramente eccellente il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente avendo ns figlia la prospettiva di fraquentare la vicinissima ( 100 m. ) Università del Kent.
“Ramada Encore Chatham”
Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Lage vor den Toren Londons (ca. 20 Meilen bis zu einer DLR - Station) haben wir bewusst so gewählt ,da dies im Vergleich zu Hotels in London die absolut preisgünstigere Variante ist und wir mit Auto, Docklands Light Railway und U-Bahn immer schnell im Zentrum von London waren. Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu, modern eingerichtet, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenfreier Internetzugang ist in der Hotellobby. Gleich gegenüber vom Hotel befinden sich die Historic Dockyard und ein großes Outletcenter. Auch nach Canterbury ist es nicht weit.
“Das Hotel Ramada Encore liegt ziemlich zentral am Hafen”
Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, der Service sehr gut und die Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten nur ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, sie ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Aber das Personal hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.
