Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. Only dissapointment was the size of the ensuite, was really small, tiny shower and the sink was located in the back of the toilet, meaning you couldnt brush your teeth, but there is a separate toilet with a sink upstairs that can be used. "Great place for our family get together. The lodge was comfortable, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, lots of homely touches, board games for the children and good WiFi. The lodge is in a nice quiet setting and only a short walk from the Marinas pub, cafes and shops."

"Lovely welcome, big comfortable warm room in a fine old building. No fridge, which seemed odd. There was a kitchen area with microwave after all. But that was the only (small) issue. We enjoyed our two nights there very much. The cooked breakfast was really good and we liked the bar on the ground floor. "Room 8- the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. This is just a comment, no a complaint. The main door doesn't always close properly. These are just little things- overall very good."
