Overall a very poor option.
Dirty, dusty, no hot water, standing water on the bathroom floor, fan didn't work, staff was unable to produce a key to lock our room, lots of loud street noise late at night and early in the morning, tucked back in a sketchy alleyway. Did not look like the photos.

お湯が途中から出なくなり風邪をひきました。部屋も埃っぽかったです。また、スタッフは、チェックイン時、Hotels.comからブッキングされていることを全く確かめもせず、チェックアウトの段になり、本当にブッキングしたのか疑っているようで、Hotels.comに電話して話すように言ってきました。それはあなた方の仕事でしょ。そして料金が振り込まれていないので今ここで支払うよう請求、あとでHotels.comから返金されるだろう、といい加減な説明まで付け加えていました。ネットからブッキングした時点でクレジットから支払われているといっても、お金を払えの一点張り。仕方がないのでHotels.comのコールセンターに連絡したら、ホテルに電話をしてくれました。そのために二時間足止めをくらいました。 いくらネパールでもこんな適当な対応は珍しかったです。このホテルに泊まる方はご注意ください。
