"The hotel staff was Great! The room was very clean. That is the usual in Japan even for 3 star business hotels. I have stayed here before and I forgot about the bad side. The room is smaller than most newer hotels and the toilet is so small that I have to leave the door open just to sit down. The room refrigerator is so weak it’s more like a cooler. Cold drinks go in and cool drinks come out. Great location, but there are far too many better hotels in area. It is a budget friendly hotel. "

"Everything is wonderful at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel! We enjoyed their new gym and also the great restaurants nearby. Also, it’s just across the street from the metro (subway) and JR (surface train) station so you can get anywhere very quickly!"
