"My observations, in no particular order: Small room, but has everything you need -separate shampoo & conditioner, which I like - no lotion -gave us bottled water on arrival -cold orange water (water w orange slices) in the lobby -slippers, shoehorn, & pjs in the room -toiletries in lobby in case you didn’t happen to have a toothbrush, hair tie, etc -very pleasant lobby staff - only downside: you can’t book the shuttle to the airport till you arrive, so we had to take the subway back, because we arrived around 11:30 pm, and the shuttles were full - Hotel was great at answering my questions before we arrived, about how to get here from the airport - it’s 3 subway stops away. - heated toilet seat - integrated bidet - usb outlets, so we didn’t need adapters - In the shower it has a cord to hang laundry - A/c blows directly on bed area - hard to get out of its path. That was a bit uncomfortable. "

"Beautiful hotel. Very spacious room. Excellent staff. Everything was very modern. Very close to the cruise port. Only cost 500 Yen taxi to get to the port. Would love to stay here again. "

"This was one of our favorite hotels! It was super urban and modern, and eco-friendly too! The room was a bit small for two people with big luggage, but we still loved our cozy stay, view of the river and airport, and wonderful service and breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back! "
