“nice hotel”

I stay here whenever I visit my Mother and have never been disappointed they are friendly and the service is excellent. will continue to use them as long as come to town to see my mother about six times a year

“Saggy beds”

No one came to clean the room until I asked for service. The bed was VERY uncomfotable, sagging toward the middle and the pillows were too fluffy. Asking for service--different pillows, extra hangers--resulted in no reply from housekeeping. The towel rod fell off the wall and housekeeping left it laying there for 3 days.

“Very nice for price”

This hotel is older but well maintained. I was a little nervous, but it was Very decent, especially for the price we paid for the night. Our room was clean, and the employees were very nice. The breakfast is the BEST I have seen in a long time! Bacon, eggs, fresh melon & fruit, plenty of quality choices. The nice check-out lady also gave us a free bottle of water for our trip. I would highly recommend for the price. It fit our needs perfectly as we were passing through on our way to a wedding.

“not impressed”

I love expedia and never went wrong with them in past but we were trying to get close to mayo clinic and requested bay meadows area we were a good 1/2 hour a way and with traffic, the location was horrible, rooms smelled, but best part of hotel was there was a free complimentary breakfast, and it was real good from eggs, waffles grits fruit you name it a very nice breakfast buffet for free in which we did enjoy. I say for travelers that just need bed to sleep in and a nice breakfast in morning but if your trying for a kid friendly hotel near the mayo clinic dont look at this one

I don´t have much time to write, but in my experience, everything went the way it was supose to go.

“Nice accommodations for what it was”

Better than Motel 6 but only about $15 more. The kingsized bed requested was nicely made with what seemed like 100% soft cotton linens and 6 down pillows, all very comfy and cozy. The place was worn but reasonably clean. The free breakfast buffet, if not exactly great, had a lot of choice from the grits, biscuits eggs and bacon to a waffle maker, to a huge fresh fruit display (great melons) and yogurt on the side. The location was great.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. This time was for 2 weeks and I WILL ALWAYS only stay in this hotel when again in the area. I come here at least once a year. Everything about it is wonderful from the room, staff, food, pool, club, etc. I really like the fact that no none traveler can get into the pool/room area without a pass key. That is a major since of security as I am a woman and travel alone. I do not normally stay with family when I visit, Always at a hotel. Staying here provides me with the luxury of having my family visit me, stay with me a night or two, and have pool time with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. It is like a vacation for them also.
