“disappointed customer”

This hotel in jackson tn was filthy! The carpets was wet and sticky and just walking on them for a few moments left my husband and my feet black! There was unknown hair and mold all through the bathroom and dust on everything! The sofa was sticky with holes and black stains on it! The chair at the desk had a stain on the seat that looked like blood. We got two towels one of which had a dark brown stain on it and when we took it to the front desk he didn't seem to be surprised. The comforter was gross, stains on the under side and ants in the bed! Also it was not a safe location. Please do not stay here!

Area recommendations
I would recommend the coffee shop next to the hotel, that's it...don't eat the hotel breakfast, its gross!

“good for the price but nothing special”

this hotel ws great for what i paid for for it. if the price had been higher i was very would have been extremel unsatisified. the staff however was very nice and helpful. i left some personal items at the hotel and although i did have to press them to go look specifically they located my items and i was able to retrieve them.manager went up to look personally and i appreciated it

“Not impressed”

This hotel is in a good location but needs a good scrubbing. We had a bathroom with hair in the corners of the floor, mold on the shower curtain and on the shower. It looked like there was missing furniture. Burn stains on the carpet. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice, but I'm glad we only stayed one night.

“Had to stay Somewhere Close to Hospital, Where Family member was.VERY GOOD FOR THIS PURPOSE”

hAD TO STAY IN A HOTEL NEAR JACKSON-MADISON HOSPITAL & DID NOT HAVE ALOT OF TIME TO PLAN. THIS HOTEL WAS CLEAN,COMFORTABLE & GOOD PRICE. THEY ALSO WORKED W/ME ON A 2ND NIGHT STAY THAT I DIDNT EXPEXT. WOULD RECOMEND IF YOU NEED TO SPEND A NIGHT OR TWO IN JACKSON,TN.

“SAFE, CLEAN & 5 CHOICE OF RESTRAUNTS within walking distance (in the rain)”

VERY CLEAN, and modern rooms. Nice fridg/Microwave combo. This is formely a Hampton Inn. Stiil the same, except for the name. Seems to be AMERICAN owned, Mc Donalds, Subway and Ol Charlies Steak House for finner dinning, Barn Hills Buffett also. These all are within a few hundred feet, Bank with ATM next door. This is for sure worth the buck. Other Hotels in area in same price range or more, are lacking in convience to eating establishments, liquor stores, steak houses. Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger around 3 miles, and many other restraunts are adjacent to those. Red Lobster, and tons of others

“Not Impressed”

As a former college student who spent 4 years in Jackson,. this hotel was not what I remembered as far as hospitality is concerned. The agent was very rude and unprofessional when we arrived. It was evident that the room we were assigned to had not been used in quite some time as when we turned on the heat, it made the entire room smell like something was on fire! It was also evident that, at one time, someone made an attempt to break into the room with a crowbar as the door and lock were damaged and the door did not close properly. It's a good thing we were only there a couple of nights. Next trip back to Jackson for a college reunion, we will be staying somewhere else!
