"The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone"

"My family and I were slightly hesitant about booking a cottage in the midst of winter but we all had the best time ever. The Cottage is gorgeous and the wood-burning stove made it super cosy, the kids adored playing on the trampoline for hours on end. We discovered some stunning countryside walks and forests and quaint old Kentish pubs serving amazing food - we all want to come back already. Really organised hosts too - thank you !"

"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"The cottage was brilliant and a short drive frim Canterburry. The hosts were very helpful when we arrived and needed sime help with the heating. The surounding nature and the 12 cenury church added to the charm. We had an amazing experience."

"The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s even more amazing in person! It’s so spacious inside and the garden is lovely and big. The bedrooms were lovely and clean with fresh bedding. The bathroom has a lovely shower and separate bath with a good flow and temperature. The hand soap was quite low and when you pressed down it squirted quite far so be careful! Lighting was very cosy in the cottage but in the living room it’s not bright enough to read. Overall, we all had a lovely...

"Gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Short walk to seafront and neighbouring shops and restaurants. Property was perfect for our weekend break. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. "What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"

"Our family of 6 had a fantastic 10 day stay at Dormestone House. The property was perfect for our needs and provided plenty to do - particularly the tennis court and pool table. The beds were super comfy and the facilities/equipment throughout the house were great. We also loved the location - nice and quiet with spectacular views. We would definitely return."

We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

"Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Everything you need is on your doorstep. We strongly recommend Samphire restaurant, amazing food. Train station only 10 minutes walk away, we explored Faversham and Margate. Garden is completely enclosed for a dog. There is parking, but slightly limited on the street directly outside. The customer service from Keepers Cottages cannot be faulted!"
