"A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay."

We took mum in a wheelchair struggled a little as there was a step into the property. My only criticism would be that the cafe near the beach did not have wheelchair access so we were unable go in"

The extra room for washing/drying etc was brilliant and didn't have a problem with the walk in shower although small it was functional. my only critic but on a personal level was the beds seemed very soft. When we arrived we were not aware that the local pub was closed for refurbishment which was a shame as we wished to walk around the village rather than having to drive at night. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit. "Booked & received no arrival instructions. Numerous attempts to contact owner but nothing. Drove 4 hours there and still nothing at checkin time. Spoke to VRBO who couldnt contact owner or find us a replacement. Advised us to find something ourselves which we did. However after they told us this they send an email saying cant book through a rival & only entitled to a refund for ONE night of the THREE we had paid for. No way. Couple of strong emails later and we got a full refund. Poor from start...

"We enjoyed our short two night stay in the van. Had no trouble finding the van. Dog loved the veranda sitting there chatting to the neighbours dogs. Short walk to the shop-morrisons. And a nice walk into ingoldmells. Everything you need for a few nights is in the caravan. Didn't really use the kitchen utensils so can't comment. One negative thing is, the beds weren't very comfy, we made do for two nights but gave me back ache after the second night. It wouldn't stop me from returning....
