"The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I have experienced in a very long time. Check in/out was seamless and breakfast was delicious- again the nicest I’ve hotel breakfast is had for a while. We would have preferred the bar stay open past 11 for those returning from a show at the O2 - it was too late. Plus usb chargers or more sockets in the room would’ve helped too. Only little things and nothing that would stop me recommending it to anyone else. "

"Despite construction works set up nearby, my stay at Point A Canary Wharf was quiet, clean, convenient and safe! The accommodation was just right for me staying four nights as a solo traveller with easy connections along the nearby station with access to Elisabeth and Jubilee lines. You will come across cobblestones on way from the station to Point A but it was only a minor inconvenience when travelling with 20kg luggage and outside control of Point A. Service at Point A was also friendly and professional. Plenty of dining options nearby at Canary Wharf too."

"We had booked two adjacent rooms for our family of five. Check in was easy and we even got offered a complimentary glass of prosecco. Beds were comfy and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options for all our tastes. "

"Room lovely but trying to get just a drink in the bar was table service only and not enough staff to serve tables. We ended up without a drink"
