I did not get the room I reserved because they gave it to someone else and then wouldn’t give me a discount for a lesser room. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t tell the other customer they didn’t have any of those rooms available rather than give away someone else’s room. Apparently because it was booked through an booking company instead of directly. Then to top it all off, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut nor would the shower door and the water from the shower leaked all of the way out of the bathroom into the room. I am very disappointed to say the least. This was a hotel we had enjoyed in the past but this stay has us looking elsewhere in the future.
