“Excellent!”

The hotel staff are well informed, extremely helpful and professional! The room was spotless and very comfortable with lovely decor. I will return to Club Quarters on my next visit to Houston. I've stayed at other Club Quarters hotels in other cities and have always been extremely happy with the room size, cleanliness and staff professionalism. My first choice for a hotel will always be Club Quarters.

“Great business hotel & Very affordable”

This is a great hotel for the price and is clearly geared for business travelers. Free Wi-Fi (that works) on site printing, and quiet comfortable rooms and all that required for working and resting. The hotel has nice little touches, such as bottled water stations, free coffee in the lounge, no plastic cups in the rooms, efficient automated check-in/out are all great. And the staff are very ready to help. You will see several reviews about the "smallness" of the rooms. It is somewhat true. The club rooms run on the small side, but for one person they are very extremely adequate. In short this is a great hotel with a Boutique feel, but if you are expecting large rooms and service of the "Four Seasons"...stay there,

“great hotel - not so great service”

the hotel is really great. i stay here a lot and would recomend it. but they have to fix the check out. it took me too long (machines broken, long line to check out at reception). I will be back (but please fix this!).

“Lame”

I've seen walk-in closets bigger than our hotel room. No bathtub, stand up shower. No free parking. Across the street from abandoned buildings. Ton of bums in this area. Very disappointed.
