“Quality”

The standard rooms are a bit dated and no mini bar / fridge, we were offered a club upgrade which gave a better room, parking, breakfast and acess to the club lounge that allows free pre dinner drinks, afternoon tea and internet. This is worth the money but does make the overall cost expensive per night.

“Enjoyable stay”

Location very good,nice room and breakfasts excellent.Staff friendly and helpful. We were in a room near the lifts but didn't experience any problems with noise.

“Well worth a visit”

Good central location. Well equipped room - but bathroom rather small. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall, good value and I would recommend for both leisure and business

“GOOD”

It was a good hotel and well situated. We were extremley unlucky; that, when we went into the restaurant the staff seemed to ignore us. The first occasion we left the hotel and went elsewhere. The problem seems to be that they are extremely busy with business and overseas coach groups Otherwise the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

“Great hotel.”

This is a great hotel situated close to the city centre but still in a quiet location. Staff very helpful, car valet parking service very useful and reasonably priced. Would happily stay here again.
