“Confirmation of Booking”

The Hotel and staff were outstanding. The Breakfast provided exemplary along with the tablle service. The only hiccup was that the confirmation emailed to the hotel did not match what I had booked and paid for! I was faced with a receptionist who was convinced that I had not booked or paid for the two breakfasts. However it was sorted out before check out and we had the first class food and service. Recommended!

This hotel is right on the seafront overlooking the pier. It is in an ideal spot for all the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and shall visit again soon.

“Thistle Brighton Feb 09”

Stayed for 4 nights during half term. The first family room given to us had strong cigarette smell although it is non-smoking. The front desk was kind enough to get another one for us. Unfortunately after 40min cleaning the electricity in the room didn't work. They were gave us 2 adjoining rooms for the entire stay which was a treat. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was fine but on one day food ran out towards the end may be because there were lots of conference guests. The hotel is in the middle of renovation so you can see work man in the main lobby most days but that didn't bother us. I did find the room a little warm as mentioned by others but that suits me quite well.

“Great Location - I'd go back”

Whilst the hotel is very uninspiring from the outside, the inside atrium is spectacular and a very pleasant place to be. We had a standard family room and whilst the bathroom was a little shabby, it was clean and pleasantly larger than expected. The staff were lovely and overall we had a great visit. This hotel is a fantastic location to visit Brighton from.

i suggest that the hotel provid more tv channel options also the hotel must review the standerd and quait of room iternet service it will be excellent if the hotel allocate more smokers room
