"First time staying at the hotel and it was awesome for the most part. JT at the bellhop/valet was a joy. Branden at the front desk was great as well. Room service was superb along with the pool and deck bar. My only complaint was the "spa" which was really a hotel room with two massage tables. For the price, I could have went to another hotel in Waikiki and had a better experience all around. The masseuse although nice was not what I would imagine for a 4-5 star hotel spa.
