"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. Amazing hotel, friendly staff and fabulous break...thank you. It was appreciated. "

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, super fresh and tasty. The room was great and the decor was trendy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10 mins walk away from the centre but really quiet. When I come back to Chester I will book here. "

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are amazing especially at reception. The room was nice but I would upgrade next time as the room was next to an air conditioning unit which was quite noisy at night."
