“An enjoyable experience..”

Actually occupied 3 suites with children and grandchildren.. The kids really enjoyed the morning breakfast..

Area recommendations
Downtown.. Very impressed with the shops and Restaurants... Just a surprisingly beautiful area....

“Excellent”

This was one of the best places we stayed. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT from the decor, location, breakfast, cleanliness, and the friendliness and the help of the WHOLE staff, including houskeeping. The only thing that I would like to see changed is the marking of the entrance into the hotel. Especially at night, it needs alighted sign, or light. Please give them a good rating!

Area recommendations
Any. We went into Cleveland, Chattanoga, and surrounding areas. Lookout Mt, and the Cherokee National Forest. It is a beautiful area. About the first of Nov. would be perfect for fall foliage.

“Will use this hotel in the future.”

Went on a long weekend and had a wonderful visit. My girls loved the indoor pool and I loved the fact that the facility was smoke and pet free.

“Best Choice!”

My fiancee and I booked a 3 day vacation with this hotel and got a jacuzzi suite. It was perfect! It met and went beyond my thoughts on how it would look/feel. Everyone who worked that weekend was so nice and helpful. The location was perfect and I would CERTAINLY stay there again on my next visit to Chattanooga/Hixson. I have even recommended it to my family, friends and even my boss.

Traveller's tip
If you are traveling to Chattanooga, be sure to do the Murder Mystery Dinner Theater!!! It was so much fun and wonderful food.

“Extremely Incompotent Staff”

I got charged three times for my 2 day hotel stay. Once by Expedia and twice by the hotel. It took a week to get it straightened out and during one of the calls from Expedia to the hotel manager the manager hung up. Very unprofessional and Extremely Incompotent about managing payments for reservations. I will never be back to this location and may never stay at a Holiday Inn again!!!!!

“Best hotel in Hixson”

very satisfied desk service was very good, had a problem with first room they changed at once, no hassel ... kids loved the cookies and i liked inside pool didnt have to worry about sunburn. comfortable very good breakfast and liked the fact that it was served till 9 30am Would stay there again !

Traveller's tip
go to ruby falls! was great but if you have a baby you have to carry , cant take stoller and its an hour tour walking
