"Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Highley Manor
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (245)
"Went for a Christmas party and stayed over. Meal was very good. Bar prices ok for draught beers and wines but spirits drain the wallet. Disco entertainment kept the dancers happy. The hotel itself though is very tired and needs spending on. Furniture and decor outdated. Rooms strangely arranged in shape. The first room I was incorrectly shown to had a dirty tissue on the floor so poorly cleaned. The host Igor was happy to relocate me to the room I had booked. I wouldn't tell people to stay away...

"It was in an ideal Place for where we were visiting. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely old inn good food However the bedrooms were very basic and lacking in facilities like table or chairs poor decor no toiletries or glasses. Needs a refurbishment in the bedrooms and landing.
