"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. "Location is between schools, the area is overcrowded in the morning and afternoon, you won’t be able to move your car during these times, and no way you can reach the hotel or find parking if you back home before people leave the school. Rooms made me feel I’m in jail, I asked for twin bed but they gave me single bed. I couldn’t stay for 30 minuets and left without paying.
