"We had most beautiful stay here, we had a room with the private onsen and it was so nice we almost didn’t want to leave the room! We had the best nights sleep in the comfy beds and the bathroom/ shower area was gorgeous! Would recommend to everyone :)"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The property and room was even more stunning in person than from the photos. The area was quiet and easy to access with a 711 right across the street. The highlight was the foot bath and private onsen in the room with a view of the lake and Mount Fuji."

"Exceptional place to stay in Hakone, Highly recommended, a lot of things to do for kids including the indoor water park - only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to early check out times, we requested for 10-15 mins extra but was told we have to pay, Apart from that an excellent place, will stay again here"

"Stunning grounds, comfortable rooms, slightly outdated decor. Unfortunately I couldn’t get coffee in the morning until restaurants were open. Would be nice to have free coffee and tea at early morning. Food in Japaneese restaurant was really overpriced for the quality of dishes ."
