"My husband and I came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary with a night away in a Malmaison hotel. We have found f at previous Malmaison hotels a warm and uplifting experience. The hotel was clean and tidy but we're confused after a pre check-in that at 2 hours after the original check in our room wasn't ready and it was changed. Some of the staff were friendlier than others but all in all provided a good service. After informing them of our anniversary we made our way to our room to receive a knock at the door, we were delighted to receive a card with 2 free drinks vouchers. After a meal out on the town we enjoyed to glasses of prosecco in the bar with a view of the marina. We had a comfortable night's stay with balcoit curtains and feather pillows and duvet. All in all the cleanliness of the hotel was good, however a quick check and thorough clean under the rim of the toilet wouldn't go amiss! We had an enjoyable anniversary celebration."

"Booked a night for my daughter and her husband as it was their wedding day (not at this venue). They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and it was made extra special by the hotel who lit candles, spread confetti, and left a bottle in a bucket for them to celebrate. Thank you Leonardos."

"Arriving at the hotel we were welcomed at the front desk. Check in was quick & easy. Our room was excellent, so bright and with good views. It was also very roomy with a couch to sit and watch TV (if you wanted to). The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay."

"Took my best friend for her 70th birthday. Porters very attentive from the moment we arrived. Breakfast amazing. Bed was really comfortable. Brilliant position for Lanes and shops. One downside a bit mean with tea tray. Just 2 coffee sachets each. I know there was a coffe machine but know way how to work it. No information in the room re menus or about the hotel. As it was very expensive you would have thought we would have. Also very expensive drinks. Two drinks, a double whisky and lemonade and a double malibu and pineapple £36!!!to be fair i did know it would be expensive but that was obscene. Shame as couldn't justify staying and drinking in the hotel due to that price. Had twin room , no sea view but lovely room."
