The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The only thing we didn't like was the $25 per day parking fee. I realize some may disagree, but I feel that if you are paying $400 per night for a hotel room, you should be able to park your car free of charge. "

"Everything about the hotel was nice. I personally didn’t enjoy the crowdedness of the dance competition and refuge center in the hotel. I didn’t really expect all of that to be happening but overall checking in and out was quick. The bar, pizza spot, and Starbucks/little market was nice options in the hotel and convenient. The room was very clean and nice, balcony was also a nice feature. Bathroom didn’t have a ventilation system in it so that was odd. Truly one the better hotels I like staying...

"The hotel is beautiful and the lobby smells like berries. The room was nice and the walk to Knotts Berry Farm is easy. We didn't have time this trip to use the pool, but it looked nice and the kids were happy that they have a splash pad. There is no complimentary breakfast and the new restaurant off of the lobby was a bit pricier than what we wanted to pay. We bought some muffins from the Starbucks in the lobby instead."
