"Room located on third floor no lift which was a bit difficult as we had a bit of luggage. Our room was an attic room with low ceilings, which can be challenging for taller people. On arrival, we accessed the property via the key box and followed the instructions, which was fine. WIFI access was good. When looking to use the shower on the first night, there was no hook and we manually had to hold to shower effectively. We informed the owner and this was fixed the following morning and they apologised for the inconvenience . A small and large towel was provided for each person, but we were staying for two nights so requested extra towels, which were provided for free. The location of the property is good, as close to bus station and cruise port, plus bus stop to Old Town. Note: this is not a hotel - this is rent a room - this is stated clearly on documents within the room. Overall a clean and comfortable stay in Dubrovnik, any issues were sorted promptly."

"I only stopped for 1 night, so it's hard to fully review, but I cannot fault the night I stopped, the room was spacious and tidy plus the bed was comfy. The room came with a fridge and kettle which was very handy. The owner of the property was sweet and nice, I find this to be the case with the other properties I have stopped in, when I've stopped in Dubrovnik. There were a lot of amenities around and a lovely harbour just a few metres away. Just a tip, Google maps didn't lead me direct up to the address, it lead me to a Butchers called MESNICA cesko, there is a narrow path just after, it says Rooms Edna on a sign in front of the entrance, just go to the top of this Narrow path and it's number 1, then just ring the bell and the friendly owner should come to let you in."
