"We absolutely loved every single minute of our stay! Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the view was amazing. The bed was one of the best we have slept in. All of the staff and particularly Rosie were just so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was also amazing, and the outdoor gardens just stunning. "We were greeted by mark on arrival who checked us in his customer service was excellent showed us up to our rooms and explained everything with a full compliment of snacks left in our room.The rooms were spacious and cleaned meticulously. We went to the bar restaurant for food and drink and the staff food and service were excellent.we thought Charlton would be quite isolated bet we were mistaken plenty to do with lots of other restaurants and pubs around the area.I will be booking again to stay...

"This is a pub. The rooms are accessed via steep stairs. It is a shared bathroom which is only adequate. The locals in the bar are intimidating unless you like the football crowd type of person. The bar was busy every night with proper drinkers. The smell of cannabis in the outside areas was prevalent. If you like the Tv series ‘shameless’ you would be right at home here. Saying that I would return if I was ever in the area but it’s not for everyone "
